General Information and Care: Pellionia pulchra, also known as the Watermelon Vine, is a very unique looking and growing plant. To begin with, it is a shingler when grown on a background or up a piece of driftwood. This means that it will cling right to what it is growing on and the leaves will actually wrap around the background of your tank or other hardscape materials and take itsâ shape. To add to this, the foliage is found to be very desireable by almost everyone who sees it! The leaves have an amazing dark and light green pattern in addition to red stems. This Pellionia is very easy to grow in typical terrarium conditions.
