General Information and Care: Chirita tamiana is a wonderful smaller growing frequent flowering species. The leaves typically stay under 1" in diameter and form a gorgeous rosette. Once mature this species will flower profusely with white and purple flowers that readily self pollinate. The seeds of this species are very easy to germinate and will do so in a terrarium under normal terrarium conditions. One of the best things about this species is once the seeds germinate, the plant will flower within about 6 months of germination. Overall a great species, especially if you want consistent flowers.
