General Information and Care: Dresslerella hirsutissima is a rare and stunning orchid that loves terrarium type conditions. Like other Dresslerellas, this species has extremely pubescent leaves. This species is know for its small oblong leaves and stunning Restrepia like flowers. Many people choose this species for the leaves that really make it stand out when you look closely! It is an epiphyte so will do best mounted in a terrarium. It would prefer to be in an area that receives medium to low light, and stays slightly moist but not overly wet. The clone that we are offering seems to bloom 2-3 times per year in our display terrarium and even under ideal conditions is a slower grower.
