General Information and Care: Philodendron sp. Round Foliage is quite possibly the best new species to come out of Ecuador in our opinion. This species seems to be the best terrarium species we have ever grown. It roots quickly, has a very nice compact growth habit, is self heading, and has very nicely colored new foliage. There is not much more you can ask for out of a terrarium species. The new growth has a golden yellow color that slowly fades to a nice deep green as it matures. The leaves range in size from 1-3" in diameter based on age and the maturity of the overall plant. This is a species we have in our setups and have no reason not to recommend it.
