General Information and Care: Pleurothallis crocodiliceps is a great medium sized orchid for a terrarium that can add some great texture to a landscape. The leaves on this species are typically 4-8â in length and typically narrow at ½-1â in width. This species does best when grown epiphytically, however since many terrariums may not be tall enough, planting it in a cork tube or tree fern fiber pot is a great alternative and will still meet the plant's requirements. Additionally this species will flower several times a year with small white flowers emerging from the base of the leaves. Overall this is a very easy to care for species in a terrarium and great for beginners.
