General Information and Care: Pyrrosia nummularifolia, also know as the Creeping Button Fern, is one of the few ferns that Glass Box Tropicals offers that does well epiphytically as well as terrestrially. This species has small (½-1" in diameter) oblong leaves that are a pubescent creeping rhizome. The leaves are a light green with some slight pubescence on them as well. This species seems to tolerate some slight drying between waterings, but also does well in extremely moist environments. It also seems to prefer to be in a bit brighter light to really put out some good growth.
