General Information and Care: Selaginella kraussiana âGold Tipsâ is an easy to grow species that does exceedingly well in terrariums. It is low growing, typically only mounding to 3â. Many customers love this for that lush moss appearance it can provide without the trouble of growing tropical mosses. As opposed to S. kraussiana the new tips of growth on this species are a yellow green adding a little more interest to this plant. Like most all other Selaginella species, this species does not tolerate drying out, but also prefers a well draining soil mix similar to the ABG mix that is commonly used in terrariums.
