General Information and Care: Selaginella uncinata, also referred to as Peacock Spikemoss, is the most colorful species in this genus. The colors of the leaves can range from purples, to blues, to greens and many in between. Some of the colors appear almost iridescent under certain lighting conditions. This species can grow to be several inches off the substrate level and can vine out many feet. It will require pruning in order to maintain the desired appearance.
