General Information and Care: Tillandsia bulbosa 'Red Form' is a wonderful air plant for terrarium use. This species stays relatively small with leaves typically only about 4" in length. The leaves are wiry and twisted, and are slightly blueish. Additionally, when the plant is getting ready to bloom, the leaves will take on a reddish hue. The base of the plant is bulbous and typically a silver green. This species inflorescence is a beautiful scape with red branches and deep blue flowers.
