Long fiber sphagnum can be used in a variety of applications. Some applications include using it for propagation media, a substrate barrier, in froglet containers, in the mounting of epiphytic plants, as well as having natural antifungal and antibacterial properties.
It is important to always wash your hands after handling sphagnum moss as there are diseases that it carries. The long fiber sphagnum that we offer is imported and has a lower chance of spreading possible diseases compared to the product that is harvested in the United States.
