General Information and Care: Ficus pumila, also known as Creeping Fig, is a great plant if you are looking for a fast grower. It can quickly cover a background or other hardscape materials in a terrarium. It also does well in a wide range of lighting options as long as the humidity is maintained. Mature leaves can get up to about the size of a nickel in a terrarium. Once this plant is established, it will require pruning as necessary. Without regular pruning, this plant can quickly take over a tank.
