General Information and Care: Masdevallia zahlbrueckneri is a species that loves the warm temperatures of a terrarium, however it appreciates being in a well shaded location. This species typically has 2-5" leaves that are about ½" in width. The flowers are typically ¾" and are a base of off white to pale yellow with dark red accents.

Masdevallia Zahlbrueckneri
This is a great orchid for humid vivariums! So far I've bought 3 and they're all doing very well. I haven't had one bloom yet but the leaves alone make this a beautiful little epyphitic orchid!
