General Information and Care: Restrepia dodsonii is one of the most stunning species to observe when it goes into flower. This was one of the first orchids that Glass Box Tropicals offered and is still one of our favorites. This species definitely seems to prefer terrarium conditions and has only thrived when planted epiphytically, meaning mounted on a piece of wood or rock in your hardscape. This is considered a medium species for a terrarium, with the size generally being around 4-8" in height and width. Overall, this is a fantastic orchid to add to a terrarium landscape and a must-have for any collectors!
